At ClearMind, we aim to make your life a little easier. From having lived experience of navigating the world as a neurodivergent adult and an academic background in psychology and sociology we understand from personal, professional and academic perspectives the struggles that neurodivergent adults face with their home tasks.  

 

Many neurodivergent adults are suffering in silence and have little access to in-person services to help with their daily task struggles. Whether it be due to executive dysfunction, neurodivergent burnout or simply losing track of routine, many of us wish we had an extra pair of hands to keep afloat. ​

And so ClearMind | Cleaning & Tasking was founded! A supportive, inclusive and judgement-free service where you can hire weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or ad-hoc support for any task you require part or full assistance with. We completely understand your struggles and aim to provide a friendly, encouraging service to help keep your life on track by handling the things that can send us into chaos.

Please do not be embarrassed to reach out. We have a full and comprehensive understanding of how neurodivergence and mental health struggles can impact daily routine and mess. You will never need to explain or justify why anything is the way it is.
